Shipping & Pickup
We ship using USPS Priority Mail and US orders of $175 or more ship for free.
All custom US orders receive free shipping!
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, and while we are often able to process and ship orders the same day the order is received, please keep in mind that it may take up to 7 business days for your order to be processed.
If you require your order by a specific date, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly accept your return up to 14 days after receipt of your order. Customers wishing to return an item/order are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Returned items must be in original, unused condition. All returned items are eligible for a full refund or store credit except for sale items and custom orders. Please contact hello@redddott.com for all returns.
We are unable to accommodate exchanges but you may return your merchandise and place a new order. Please see the policy on returns for more information.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or custom items. All other items can be returned or exchanged per our return and exchange policy.
If your order's tracking information indicates that your order was delivered and you are not in possession of your package, please contact the shipping carrier for more information on your lost package. Redd Dott is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and is not responsible for the replacement of any lost or stolen orders. If you are worried about your order being lost or stolen, please select a secure delivery location.

Jewelry Care
Each Redd Dott piece is individually handcrafted using high-quality vintage textiles and brass cuffs, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Just as high-quality textiles must be handled with care and will wear over time, all Redd Dott cuffs must also be handled with care and will wear depending on how you handle your piece. Please treat your one-of-a-kind Redd Dott piece as you would your high-quality fabrics.
Please avoid contact with hard and abrasive surfaces and water. We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, washing dishes, going to the beach/pool, etc.
To achieve the longest wear, we suggest wiping down the interior of your cuff with a soft, clean cloth after each wear to remove common substances like lotions and perfumes that may tarnish your pieces over time.
Your skin turning green is a very normal reaction with brass jewelry. This happens because brass contains copper which reacts with your body's sweat. Though it can be annoying, it's completely harmless for you and the jewelry! If you want to reduce the chances of your cuff turning your skin green, make sure to avoid water and consider wearing your cuff a little more loosely. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
If you wear your cuff often, accidents are bound to happen and some damages are inevitable. Whether it is exposed to extreme heat, water, or other damaging factors, we can help! Please email hello@redddott.com with a picture and description of your issue. We will then go over solutions and have it shipped out to be serviced. Your cuff will look and feel as good as new!
